Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, swimwear (including bikini bottoms) and kids’ underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, including the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Track your return – We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Options

You may choose your preferred return shipping method:

  • Standard Return: Use any carrier of your choice (customer pays shipping)
  • Prepaid Label: We can email you a prepaid return label (shipping cost deducted from your refund)

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account

Exchanges

For exchanges (size or color):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with the return
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
