Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipping)
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days delivery after shipping)
International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your activewear, beachwear, and family fashion purchases as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return process works:
Return Policy Details
- 15-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Swimwear (including bikini bottoms)
- Kids’ underwear
These items may only be returned if faulty.
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and item details
- Wait for approval – We’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
- Package your return securely in original packaging with RMA number visible

- Track your return – We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Return Shipping Options
- Standard Return: Use any carrier (customer pays shipping)
- Prepaid Label: We email you a label (shipping cost deducted from refund)
Refund Processing
- Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
- Allow additional time for your bank/credit card company to post the refund
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly specify your exchange request in your email
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We’ll arrange replacement/refund and cover return shipping
